Dave Resseguie began his financial services career in 2007, holding leadership roles with Northwestern Mutual and MassMutual in Chicago, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami. There, he coached leadership teams and top advisors, developing expertise in sales and professional growth.
In 2011, Dave launched a side hustle that grew into The Resseguie Group, now a thriving business. As Chief Shepherd, he works with Fortune 100, 500, and 1,000 companies, delivering keynotes, leading sales training programs, and coaching financial professionals. He also founded The Industry, a digital training platform revolutionizing financial services and is a Forbes.com contributor.
A Moody Bible Institute graduate, Dave holds a degree in Bible and Youth Ministry. He serves on boards for the Moody Alumni Association and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).
Dave and his wife, Gennifer, live in Greenville, SC, with their three kids: Charli, Chaz, and Cameron. They love swimming, boating, traveling, and cheering on the New York Mets.
