Originally from a Boston suburb, Alyssa swapped snow for sunshine when she headed to East Carolina University, earning a Business degree with a focus in Management. After starting her career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, she moved into the financial industry in Charlotte, where she helped advisors grow their businesses through smart sales and marketing strategies.
Now as President of The Admin Effect, Alyssa leads with a focus on impact—driving results, aligning the team with their mission, and helping transform the way the financial industry operates.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys life with her husband Josh, their daughter Sloane, and their dog, Milo. You’ll often find her traveling or getting hands-on with a home DIY project.
