Coaching Programs

New Advisor Coaching
- The entrepreneurial mindset, ideal work week, finding your why, natural market inventory.
- Telephone skills, call reluctance, warm introductions, centers of influence.
- Active & passive marketing, finding your focus with target markets, social prospecting, client service, 90-day marketing plan.
Experienced Advisor Coaching
- Analyzing the numbers, revisiting your why, finding your focus within your book of business, evaluating target markets.
- Segmenting your book of business, reviewing warm introduction and center of influence strategies, roles and responsibilities of all team members (staff and/or advisor partners). is it time to get an assistant? what should the assistant do?
- Know your client, your sales process, annual reviews, succession planning, client service model, marketing and business plan (annual and 90 days).
Leadership Coaching
- Roles and Responsibilities, is everyone on the right seat on the bus, task delegation tool
- EOS and Traction, DISC workshops, working on efficiencies and effectiveness of our processes and programs, learning to communicate better with our team and our firm, consistent messaging from the top down.
- Analyze current structure, are their gaps (potential hiring needs). Are there clear paths to promotion and growth? How can we support education and growth for the roles we have? Staff Development Coaching

- Learn techniques for adding value to the advisor you work for such as : how to turn a service call into new business (asking the right questions to open a new case or get referrals); how to build better relationships by paying attention to the small details that clients mention to you.
Recruiting Coaching
- How to target market for recruiting so we don’t keep fishing in the same ponds as everyone else.
- Tools and resources to make you more effective and efficient in your recruiting process. Perfecting your referral and center of influence strategy for higher quality recruits.
- How to have more concise verbiage to get recruits to meet with you/your firm.
- How to hold great recruiting events to meet more people at one time and build a competitive recruiting culture.
- Creating a special recruiting service model for engaging experienced recruits over time to become top of mind for them when they are ready to make a change.
OUR PROCESS
How we will work together
There are many ways we can work together. Below are the first steps to getting started!
Step #1
Meet with a Weylman Center team member to discuss your specific coaching needs.
Step #2
We will create a proposal based on our discussion that will include the number of sessions, over what time frame with a cost per session. Expectations for your coach and for participant(s) will be outlined in the proposal.
Step #3
Begin implementing the coaching plan and adjust the curriculum as needed. At the end of the coaching period an assessment will be completed of your progress. Then you and your coach will determine if more sessions are needed, and a new proposal will be presented.
